Záhorské Sady 1–2

The 22 row houses that make up our project represent the starting phase of a residential zone emerging on the western slopes of the Little Carpathians above Záhorská Bystrica. The developer's original intention was to create an exclusive residential zone here, based on a carefully considered urban plan working with generous plots and architecturally unique concepts for family residences. To that end the whole area was reshaped by building a new road network, engineering infrastructure and landscaping.

The main goal of our project was to kick-start building activity in the area through a more affordable product, without noticeable compromises in urban and architectural quality, and in doing so to define a new standard that could also be applied in the further phases of the development.
