Záhorské Sady 3–4

In designing the 24 row houses it was important to us to achieve a degree of privacy in the exterior as well. We therefore treated the terraces as bays between the individual houses, with the projecting structure we designed allowing shading and vertical sliding louvres or curtains to be installed, creating an intimate exterior micro-space accessible from the living room and the parents' bedroom. The structure also integrates a garden store and allows these additions to be varied according to the clients' preferences without any significant effect on the overall aesthetics of the residential complex.
